Solutions for a commercial developer

A hotel developer hired us to work with them to get FAA approval for their proposed hotel near Midway Airport. After receiving a presumed hazard we conducted our analysis and determined that the hotel would not degrade the aeronautical environment any more than it already was. We discovered that numerous obstacles already penetrated the airports surfaces far more than the proposed hotel would.  After submitting our comments to the FAA we then received a No Hazard Determination which allowed for construction to begin.
